Arizona would be the first state that requires its residence to carry identification that they do live legally. Arizona has shown as a state that that they do not want immigrants here. Arizona's goal is to threat the illegal immigrates to leave and stop the new ones from coming. The Arizona Law punishes those who have or are helping smuggling people over the border. It punishes those who are hiring them to work in the States. Illegal immigrants are breaking the US immigrant laws.

Having this law in place allows police the right to cause distribution amongst the people. The police will be racial-profiling and causing more harm than good. Police officials would abuse the right to ask for immigration papers and cause even more trouble between the races.
